Voor een staalbedrijf dat bekendstaat om zijn grote, technisch uitdagende projecten, zoeken we een meewerkend teamleader die zowel kan aansturen als meewerken. Je combineert vakmanschap met people skills en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer en de productieafdeling.

Wat je doet:

  • Je stuurt een team van 5 tot 12 collega’s aan, motiveert hen en biedt technische ondersteuning.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je volgt de aankoop en huur van materiaal op.
  • Je overlegt geregeld met de Production Supervisor en Production Manager & bent het vaste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of problemen.
  • Je werkt mee aan stralen, metalliseren en schilderen van staalconstructies.
  • Je denkt actief mee over kwaliteits- en procesverbeteringen.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving en leeft alle voorschriften nauwgezet na.
  • Een ervaren vakman met minstens 3 jaar praktijkervaring in de metaalsector (lassen).
  • In het bezit van ACQPA niveau 2 of een gelijkwaardig certificaat.
  • Sterk in het begeleiden van mensen en het geven van duidelijke, constructieve feedback.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je blijft rustig, denkt mee en pakt problemen aan.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd op één.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Engels (met notie Nederlands).
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig.
  • Je kan werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
