Heb jij het in je om een team aan te sturen in een complexe productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, structuur en samenwerking centraal staan?

Voor een internationaal groeiend familiebedrijf in de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleider. Dit bedrijf maakt deel uit van een familiale groep en kende de voorbije jaren een sterke expansie, zowel in binnen- als buitenland.

Met meer dan 4.000 medewerkers verspreid over 17 sites in 8 landen, realiseren ze een omzet van €1,3 miljard. De vestiging in de regio Roeselare is hun grootste productiesite en huisvest drie belangrijke afdelingen: productie, logistiek en verpakking.

Als Teamleider kom je terecht in de afdeling verpakking, waar alles draait rond efficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je maakt deel uit van een stabiele ploeg, in een bedrijf dat zijn mensen centraal zet en waar lange termijnrelaties en doorgroeikansen geen loze beloftes zijn.

Sinds 2024 is ook een bekende Belgische ondernemersfamilie nauw betrokken bij het verdere groeiverhaal van deze organisatie, wat zorgt voor extra slagkracht en investeringen in innovatie, infrastructuur en talentontwikkeling.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als teamleader zorg je ervoor dat de nachtploeg binnen de verpakkingsafdeling efficiënt en veilig werkt
  • Je verdeelt het werk, stelt prioriteiten en plant personeelsbezetting volgens de productieplanning
  • Medewerkers coachen, begeleiden en evalueren hoort bij jouw dagelijkse taken
  • Je bewaakt orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Kwaliteitsnormen volgen, afwijkingen detecteren en verbeteren aanmoedigen zit in jouw aanpak
  • De ploegoverdracht verloopt onder jouw toezicht met duidelijke communicatie naar andere afdelingen
  • Samen met je team werk je continu aan verbeteringen en een optimale inzet van mensen en middelen
  • Je zet mee je schouders onder opleidingen en stimuleert multi-inzetbaarheid binnen de ploeg
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving is noodzakelijk
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans om met het volledige team correct en veilig te communiceren
