Jobomschrijving

Een sterk team begint bij een sterke leider: jij motiveert, coacht en houdt de productie op koers.

  • Dagelijks stuur je een team aan van 10 tot 12 collega's (operatoren)
  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse activiteiten zodat de planning op tijd wordt afgewerkt
  • Op een mensgerichte manier coach, ondersteun en motiveer je jouw team.
  • Daarnaast heb je steeds oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en doelstellingen en stuur je bij waar nodig.
  • Je organiseert de nodige opleidingen en overlegmomenten.
  • In overleg met de assistent ploegchef, senior operator en ingenieurs zorg je voor een goede organisatie over de ploegen heen.
  • Een team aansturen doe je met respect, duidelijke communicatie en een mensgerichte aanpak
  • Voeding wekt jouw interesse op, je wil steeds bijleren over deze sector
  • Resultaat behalen klinkt voor jou als muziek in de oren, samen met je team streef je hiernaar
  • Werken volgens opgestelde hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels spreekt voor zich
  • Jouw gedrevenheid en enthousiasme zorgen ervoor dat jij als contactpersoon de balans perfect in het midden houd
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS office en kan ook andere computerprogramma's aanleren en gebruiken
  • In jouw job is het belangrijk dat je je kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands, alsook in het Frans
