Voor een industriële wasserijomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiast teamleader voor de afdeling waar binnenkomende werkkledij wordt ontvangen, gecontroleerd en voorbereid voor verdere verwerking. In deze functie combineer je operationeel werk met een begeleidende rol. Je ondersteunt de vaste teamleader dagelijks en neemt de coördinatie van het team over wanneer deze afwezig is.

  • Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer en ondersteunt bij het sorteren, registreren en voorbereiden van textiel.
  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer vijf medewerkers aan wanneer de teamleader niet aanwezig is.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling zodat de werkzaamheden vlot blijven verlopen.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de correcte verwerking en sortering van de binnenkomende kledij volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en uitzendkrachten tijdens hun opstartperiode.
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse planning mee op en springt bij waar nodig om deadlines te halen.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke leidinggevende ingesteldheid en weet collega's te motiveren.
  • Je bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mensen aan te sturen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af en je houdt van een actieve job.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent betrouwbaar en neemt initiatief.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands zodat instructies en afspraken duidelijk zijn voor het team.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Ervaring als meewerkend leidinggevende is een pluspunt, geen must.
