Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Teamleader Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van zes medewerkers. Je creëert een positieve samenwerkingscultuur, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten en ondersteunt je team bij administratieve en procesgerelateerde uitdagingen, ook over verschillende afdelingen heen. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat alle activiteiten rond administratie, rapportering en receptie correct, efficiënt en volgens de geldende wetgeving en interne procedures verlopen. Je vertaalt wijzigingen in de wetgeving naar duidelijke werkprocessen en waakt over de nauwkeurigheid en tijdigheid van rapporteringen, registraties en gerelateerde documentatie. Tot slot neem je een actieve rol op in het optimaliseren van processen. Je analyseert bestaande workflows, lost operationele knelpunten op en werkt samen met interne stakeholders aan verbeterinitiatieven die bijdragen aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor diploma en relevante ervaring
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS-Office
  • Je hebt ervaring in het leiden van een team
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en durft zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
  • Je bent assertief en je staat stevig in je schoenen
