Het gaat om een ambachtelijke en sterk groeiende bakkerij met meerdere vestigingen in de regio, waar dagelijks vers brood, verfijnde patisserie en een breed assortiment aan bakkerijproducten wordt geproduceerd en verkocht. Kwaliteit, versheid en vakmanschap staan hier centraal, gecombineerd met een efficiënte en goed georganiseerde werking.

Elke dag wordt er vroeg gestart om klanten te voorzien van een uitgebreid aanbod aan dagverse producten, gaande van klassiek brood en koffiekoeken tot seizoensgebak en specialiteiten. Daarnaast worden ook bestellingen op maat verwerkt voor particulieren, bedrijven en speciale gelegenheden, waardoor er veel variatie zit in het werk en de productie.

De organisatie staat bekend om haar sterke lokale aanwezigheid en trouwe klantenbasis, met een constante focus op groei en service. Binnen de verschillende filialen en productiesites wordt gewerkt in een dynamisch en hecht team waar tempo, nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid belangrijk zijn. Werken in deze omgeving betekent deel uitmaken van een stabiele, maar steeds evoluerende werkomgeving met veel afwisseling en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Zij zijn op zoek naar een teamleader binnen hun productieomgeving (dag- en nachtploeg):

  • 1 teamleader nacht – afdeling bakkerij (brood, pistolets, …)

Als teamlead ben je de centrale schakel op de werkvloer. Je combineert meewerken in de productie met het aansturen van je team. Je zorgt voor structuur, kwaliteit en een vlotte samenwerking.

De rol in de nachtploeg werkt in een vast nachtregime.

Takenpakket:

Operationeel

  • Actief meewerken in de productie (± 80%)
  • Waken over productiviteit en kwaliteitsnormen (streefscore 8/10)
  • Zorgen dat productieplanning correct en tijdig wordt uitgevoerd

Leiding & coaching

  • Aansturen van een team van max. 7 medewerkers
  • Motiveren, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Waken over teamspirit, communicatie en werkafspraken
  • Bijsturen bij problemen rond kwaliteit, gedrag of werktempo
  • Input geven voor evaluaties en korte teamoverleggen organiseren

Kwaliteit & veiligheid

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt bij afwijkingen of kwaliteitsissues
  • Toezien op naleving van hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen

Planning & samenwerking

  • Afstemmen met planner en productieverantwoordelijke over bezetting en output

Doelstellingen

  • Kwaliteit: minimum 8/10 op alle producten
  • Productiviteit: behalen van KPI’s en vooropgestelde output
  • Team: continuïteit en sterke samenwerking waarborgen

  • Ervaring als teamlead, bij voorkeur binnen voeding/bakkerij/banket/patisserie
  • Sterke productkennis van brood, pistolets, koeken of patisserie
  • Coachende en communicatief sterke vaardigheden
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Stressbestendigheid en een oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Ervaring met diverse en multiculturele teams
