Jouw impact

Stel je een afdeling voor waar dagelijks tientallen klantenvragen, offertes, bestellingen en commerciële opportuniteiten samenkomen. Als TeamleaderCommerciële Binnendienst ben jij degene die overzicht bewaart, collega’s ondersteunt en ervoor zorgt dat alles vlot blijft draaien.

Je neemt de leiding over een team van ongeveer 15 internal sales medewerkers, verspreid over verschillende divisies. Daarbij combineer je people management met commerciële inzichten en een sterk organisatorisch vermogen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van het internal sales team
  • Bewaken van klantgerichtheid, kwaliteit en commerciële resultaten
  • Ondersteunen bij complexe dossiers en uitdagende klantvragen
  • Monitoren van de workload en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Optimaliseren van processen en werkwijzen
  • Samenwerken met sales, logistiek, finance en IT
  • Creëren van een open feedbackcultuur waarin mensen kunnen groeien

Je beschikt over:

  • Ervaring binnen Internal Sales of een vergelijkbare binnendienstomgeving
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van een team
  • Sterke commerciële feeling gecombineerd met administratieve nauwkeurigheid
  • Ervaring met ERP- en CRM-systemen
  • Een vlotte kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans en Engels

Belangrijk: dit is geen klassieke salesfunctie. Naast het commerciële luik speel je een cruciale rol in de dagelijkse opvolging, administratie en procesoptimalisatie van de afdeling.
