The posting

Voor een staalverwerkend bedrijf in Eeklo zijn we op zoek naar een teamleader voor de conserveringsafdeling. In deze rol werk je mee op de vloer en stuur je tegelijk een team van collega's (5-12 personen) aan. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de staalconstructies correct behandeld worden en dat alles veilig verloopt.

Wij vragen

  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als vakman
  • ACQPA niveau 2 of gelijkwaardig certificaat
  • Sterke people skills en coachende stijl
  • Technische plannen kunnen lezen en begrijpen
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Veiligheid hoog in het vaandel dragen
  • Goede kennis Nederlands of Engels (basis NL)
  • Digitale vaardigheden (smartphone/tablet)

Het bedrijf

Dit bedrijf is een internationale speler in de staalbouw met hoofdzetel in Eeklo. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, fabriceren, conserveren en monteren van grote en complexe staalconstructies, zoals bruggen, gebouwen en industriële installaties.
