Ben jij iemand die rust brengt in chaos, altijd weet waar alles ligt en energie krijgt van een team dat draait als een geoliede machine? Dan hebben wij misschien jouw volgende uitdaging klaarstaan. Als teamcoach logistiek ben jij de draaischijf van alles wat beweegt, geleverd, opgeslagen en verzonden wordt. Jij houdt het overzicht over goederenstromen, voorraad en planning en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers, logistieke partners en de opdrachtgever perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je stuurt een team magazijnmedewerkers aan en zorgt voor duidelijke taken, structuur en kwaliteit.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn niet alleen efficiënt, maar ook logisch georganiseerd is.
  • Werken volgens het kwaliteitssysteem ISO 9001
  • SPOC zijn voor de opdrachtgever (ja, jij bent de aanspreekpersoon)
  • Goederen ontvangen, controleren en correct registreren
  • Picking van materialen, inclusief spoed- en “het-moet-nu”-bestellingen
  • Anomalieën en verbruik rapporteren
  • Afstemmen met logistieke partners voor herbevoorrading, projecten en spoedpicking
  • Planning maken, opvolgen en knelpunten signaleren
  • Stock opvolgen en benodigdheden lijsten
  • Transport regelen: projecten, retouren, klachten… you name it
  • Orde scheppen (en houden) in de stockageruimte
  • Techniekers opstarten: uitleg geven, tablet klaarzetten, wegwijs maken
  • De webshop beheren
  • Zorgen dat de werkplaats tiptop in orde blijft
  • Rapporteren aan de Installation Manager
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch (Excel schrikt je niet af )
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt spontaan verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, partners en opdrachtgevers
  • Leidinggeven zit in je natuur en je haalt energie uit het coachen van een klein team
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; Frans is mooi meegenomen
  • Extra pluspunten: ervaring in logistiek en/of een heftruckattest
