Operationeel:

Je staat mee in voor de dagelijkse verdeling van taken over het team en bewaakt dat er voldoende rotatie is in de taken, de prioritaire taken tijdig afgewerkt worden etc.

Je zal afwisselend met je collega teamleader dagelijks het team briefen over de taakverdelingen, belangrijke mededelingen, etc.

Bewaken van veiligheid op de werkvloer; stimuleren en motiveren om veilig te werken.

Je werkt, registreert en monitort alle taken in SAP.

Je denkt actief na over oplossingen m.b.t. operationele taken in tandem met je collega’s van supervisie.

Een overdracht verzorgen naar de collega’s van de aansluitende shift.

Je zal mee inspringen in het magazijn indien dat nodig zou zijn.

People management:

Je vervult een coachende rol naar de medewerkers op de vloer: door middel van een enthousiasmerende en de-escalerende communicatiestijl til je de medewerkers naar een hoger niveau.

Monitoren van afwezigheden en deze tijdig communiceren naar je collega’s bij supervisie, HR, HSE, ...

Up-to-date houden van de interne skillmatrix van je ploeg, proactief inspelen op het organiseren van trainingen indien nodig.

Voorbereiden en houden van evaluatiegesprekken.

Proactieve opvolging van de groepssfeer, tijdig communiceren en ondernemen van actie indien nodig.

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een logistieke omgeving of in een andere dynamische omgeving.

Je hebt een eerste ervaring in people management of bent klaar om de eerste stappen hierin te zetten.

Ervaring met SAP is een grote plus.

Je hanteert een duidelijke, consequente maar positieve communicatiestijl die weet wanneer en hoe mensen aan te spreken.

Je draagt veiligheid zeer hoog in het vaandel.

Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte mindset en blijft positief en gestructureerd in piekmomenten.

Je spreekt, leest en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels.

Je bent bereid te werken in een roterend tweeploegensysteem.
