Als Teamleader Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen en organiseren van de logistieke activiteiten op de werkvloer.

Je staat dicht bij je team heftruckchauffeurs, bewaakt de veiligheid en kwaliteit van het werk, houdt het hoofd koel onder druk en zorgt ervoor dat de logistieke flow blijft draaien, ook wanneer erg uitdagend worden.

Je herkent jezelf in sterk leiderschap, stressbestendigheid en operationeel inzicht? Je bent graag aanwezig op de vloer en je maakt het verschil door coaching, bijsturing en duidelijke communicatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Activiteiten:

  • Ontvangst oud papier en karton
  • Stockage
  • Verzending afgewerkt product (laden van vrachtwagens)

Leiderschap & people management

  • Aansturen en coachen van 5 à 7 medewerkers per ploeg
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van prestaties, samenwerking en werkverdeling
  • Voeren van evaluatiegesprekken en opvolging van ziekteverzuim
  • Correct toepassen van het personeelsbeleid
  • Creëren van een veilige, duidelijke en werkbare omgeving voor je team

Logistiek & organisatie

  • Coördinatie van inbound- en outboundactiviteiten
  • Het vertalen van de transportplanning naar de werkvloer en ervoor zorgen dat transporten volgens planning geladen worden met minimale wachttijden. Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met de transportplanning om last-minute wijzigingen in goede banen te leiden.
  • Het bewaken van het correct functioneren van het hoogstapelmagazijn DEMAG en het oplossen van storingen volgens bestaande procedures.
  • Opvolging van stockniveaus en tijdige communicatie bij knelpunten
  • Het uitvoeren van administratieve taken (zoals verlofplanning) die verbonden zijn aan de logistieke activiteiten of het team van heftruckchauffeurs.

Veiligheid & kwaliteit

  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor veiligheid op de werkvloer, in het bijzonder voor heftruckchauffeurs
  • Toezien op naleving van wetgeving, procedures en veiligheidsregels
  • Actieve opvolging van GMP, orde en netheid

Wie ben je?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol
  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke, industriële of productieomgeving
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan functioneren in een omgeving met continue druk
  • Je hebt kennis van ICT, zoals MS Office, en ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken
