Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met technische feeling en ervaring binnen een productieomgeving? Voor een moderne en dynamische productieomgeving in de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Productie. In deze rol stuur je dagelijks een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers aan en waak je over een efficiënte, veilige en kwalitatieve productie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 10 productiemedewerkers
  • Voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en ondersteunen van de verdere ontwikkeling van je medewerkers
  • Uitvoeren, opvolgen en bijsturen van de productieplanning waar nodig
  • Bewaken van productiviteit, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement binnen de afdeling
  • Analyseren van productieorders en zorgen voor een efficiënte planning van de verschillende productiefases
  • Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen productieprocessen
  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van werkinstructies, onderhoudsprocedures en technische documentatie
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan productie-, kwaliteits- en onderhoudsteams
  • Toezien op de naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Productie Supervisor
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een sterke troef
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis en inzicht in productieprocessen
  • Je weet medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en verder te laten groeien
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent sterk in het organiseren van werkzaamheden
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en vlot in het Engels
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelse
