Voor onze productiesite in Rumst zijn we op zoek naar een

Teamleader PRODUCTIE 2 ploegen

Als Teamleader vorm je de schakel tussen onze productiedoelstellingen en de dagelijkse werking op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw ploeg veilig, efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol kan werken en je bouwt aan een team waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, samenwerken en zich verder ontwikkelen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, motiveren en coachen van een team van ongeveer 6 medewerkers. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen veilig en efficiënt worden gerealiseerd.

Daarnaast:

  • organiseer, plan en volg je de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten op;
  • zorg je voor een veilige werkomgeving en geef je hierin zelf het goede voorbeeld;
  • coach en ondersteun je medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en ontwikkeling;
  • creëer je een cultuur van samenwerking, betrokkenheid en eigenaarschap binnen jouw ploeg;
  • bewaak je de kwaliteit van het productieproces en stuur je bij waar nodig;
  • volg je de prestaties van de installaties op en werk je nauw samen met techniekers en andere ondersteunende diensten;
  • zorg je voor een correcte ploegoverdracht, rapportering en opvolging van acties;
  • analyseer je afwijkingen, stilstanden en verbeterkansen en neem je initiatief om processen verder te optimaliseren;
  • werk je actief mee aan projecten rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continue verbetering.

Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, houdt overzicht en durft beslissingen nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

  • Je hebt ervaring als Teamleader, Ploegleider, Supervisor of een andere leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en begrijpt productieprocessen en installaties.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het organiseren en opvolgen van operationele activiteiten.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (…)
  • Je voelt je thuis in een industriële productieomgeving waar ons natuurlijk basisproduct klei centraal staat.

  • Je combineert resultaatgerichtheid met respect voor mensen, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarbij blijf je continu zoeken naar mogelijkheden om processen, samenwerking en prestaties verder te verbeteren.
