Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als teamleider stuur je je ploeg aan in de productieomgeving en zorgt je ervoor dat iedereen zijn taak correct en vlot uitvoert
  • Je volgt de productiviteit van je afdeling op de voet en grijpt tijdig in om betere resultaten te halen
  • Dag na dag stel je een haalbare planning op en verdeel je het werk zodat je team precies weet wat moet gebeuren
  • Ook hou je een scherp oog op de kwaliteit van de grondstoffen en je controleert zorgvuldig het afgewerkte product
  • Je creëert een veilige werkplek en neemt actief maatregelen om ongelukken te voorkomen
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting, of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd
  • Daarnaast heb je enkele jaren ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers en het opstellen van planningen
  • Je weet als geen ander structuur te brengen en je team met enthousiasme vooruit te stuwen
