Dit bedrijf is onderdeel van een Nederlandse groep. Deze bestaat ondertussen uit 104 bedrijven, verspreid over 20 landen en heeft meer dan 10.000 medewerkers. Hierdoor hebben zij de slagkracht van een multinational, maar behouden zij de cultuur van een familiebedrijf. Als één van de grootste busproducenten in Europa zijn ze verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop van innovatief klimaatvriendelijk transport. Met hun state-of-the-art elektrische bussen leggen zij hun focus op zero-emissie transport zonder in te boeten aan comfort. Hiermee dragen hun bijna 700 medewerkers bij aan een maatschappij waarbij de zorg voor het klimaat brandend actueel is. Ze onderscheiden zich vooral door hun innoverende technieken en sterke klantgerichtheid. Op vandaag produceren ze enkel nog custom-made hybride en elektrische bussen. Deze productie gebeurt van A tot Z in het centrum van Beveren-Roeselare.

Als teamleader productie zorg jij ervoor dat alles op de werkvloer vlot verloopt en je team elke dag het beste uit zichzelf haalt.

  • Je stuurt je team aan, verdeelt het werk en zorgt voor een goede personeelsbezetting.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning op en zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde productiedoelen gehaald worden.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid en ziet erop toe dat de werkinstructies correct worden gevolgd.
  • Je coacht je medewerkers, geeft feedback en spreekt hen aan waar nodig om samen beter te worden.
  • Je merkt problemen snel op en stemt technische, kwaliteits- of planningsproblemen af met het afdelingshoofd of de juiste dienst.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving en weet hoe je een team op een duidelijke manier aanstuurt.
  • Je weet hoe je medewerkers motiveert, geeft duidelijke feedback en durft bij te sturen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bent positief, veerkrachtig en standvastig. Je blijft rustig bij weerstand en staat open voor verandering.
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht en weet snel te schakelen wanneer er zich problemen voordoen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels om vlot te communiceren met een divers team.
