The posting

Voor een productiebedrijf van droge poedermengsels voor de bouwsector (mortels, lijmen, pleisters, e.d.) in de Antwerpse haven zijn we op zoek naar een TEAMLEADER PRODUCTIE die een team van operatoren en magazijniers kan aansturen én technisch kan ondersteunen.

Als meewerkend Teamleader ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt op de productievloer. Je combineert een leidinggevende rol met een sterke technische expertise en werkt actief mee aan een efficiënte, veilige en kwalitatieve productie.

Jouw functie

Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over een team dat in 2 shiften werkt. Daarbij ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de planning en opvolging, maar steek je ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van operatoren en magazijniers.
  • Verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en opvolgen van de productieplanning.
  • Zelfstandig instellen en afstellen van complexe productiemachines, waaronder afzakmachines, palletizers en verpakkingsinstallaties.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij storingen en problemen op de productievloer.
  • Problemen analyseren, oorzaken opsporen en samen met de onderhoudsdienst naar duurzame oplossingen zoeken.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de fijnplanning, inclusief inspectierondes en preventief onderhoud.
  • Afstemmen met andere afdelingen, waaronder logistiek, onderhoud en kwaliteit.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteitsnormen en procedures rond stofuitstoot.
  • Optreden als aanspreekpunt bij kwaliteitsafwijkingen en nauw samenwerken met het labo.
  • Opvolgen van grondstoffen en voorraden binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Meewerken aan analyses, testen en verbeterprojecten met het oog op een efficiënter productieproces.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke en volledige ploegenoverdracht aan de collega-Teamleader, onder andere via een gedetailleerd logboek.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een sterk mechanisch en technisch inzicht en hebt affiniteit met productiemachines en technische installaties.
  • Je leert snel en bent in staat om complexe productieprocessen en machines snel onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers of voelt je klaar om hierin een volgende stap te zetten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt vlot schakelen tussen medewerkers op de werkvloer, technische diensten en het management.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de productie onder druk staat.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag kennis deelt en collega's begeleidt en ondersteunt.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in 2 shiften te werken.
