  • Je communiceert duidelijk en vlot en hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team

  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal
  • Gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je houdt ervan om in team te werken
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en helpt waar nodig
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in productie, montage of een gelijkaardige omgeving
  • Je bent een positieve en verantwoordelijke persoon
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en voldoende rij-ervaring

Je werkt voor een innovatief maatwerkbedrijf gevestigd in Oostende. Dagelijks worden er meer dan 450 gemotiveerde medewerkers met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt tewerkgesteld onder leiding van deskundige omkaderingsleden.
