The posting

Als Teamcoördinator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je teamleden met betrekking tot hun welzijn en welbevinden. Je leidt de dagelijkse overlegmomenten in een open en constructieve dialoog waarbij je je team stimuleert om verbeterinitiatieven te communiceren.

Daarnaast verwachten we in deze functie ook dat je:

  • De vooropgestelde doelen m.b.t. output, kwaliteit, veiligheid, ... bewaakt en bijstuurt waar nodig, zodat deze doelen gehaald worden;
  • De dagelijkse teambordmomenten leidt in team;
  • Een sterke vertrouwensband opbouwt met je Assistent Teamcoördinator en hem/haar begeleidt en opleidt tot een volwaardige back-up;
  • Op regelmatige basis medewerkersgesprekken voert en zorgt voor een goede opvolging hiervan, zowel in overleg met de productiemanager alsook met de medewerker zelf;
  • Een coachende rol vervult voor alle teamgenoten;
  • Problemen en moeilijke (medewerkers-)gesprekken niet uit de weg gaat. Ook als het eens minder goed gaat, neem je je verantwoordelijkheid op;
  • Verzuimgesprekken en terugkomgesprekken met je medewerkers voert;
  • Regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert, deze opvolgt en bijstuurt waar nodig. Daarnaast help je bij het uitbouwen en in stand houden van het 5S-systeem;
  • Verantwoordelijk bent voor het naleven van onze regels rond orde en netheid;
  • Kan werken met MES en als first line support zal fungeren. Bij problemen kan je tijdig uitreiken naar de key user;
  • Indien nodig zelf actief meewerkt in de productiehal;
  • In team samenwerkt met andere leidinggevenden van eigen of andere ploegen en met collega's van de ondersteunende afdelingen;
  • Polyvalentie verzekert binnen je groep van medewerkers o.a. door het voorzien van opleidingen, het opvolgen van ons opleidingsplan, door het toepassen van het rotatiesysteem, ...
  • Je kan vlot omgaan met een grote verscheidenheid aan mensen zowel binnen als buiten het team en krijgt energie van sociale interactie;
  • Via goede feedback en evaluaties help je je medewerkers groeien;
  • Je bent een kei in het motiveren/enthousiasmeren van medewerkers;
  • Je hebt ervaring in het maken van een personeelsplanning en het voeren van sanctioneringsgesprekken;
  • Je vervult een voorbeeldrol en bent bereid om verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen, ook op het vlak van flexibiliteit (ad hoc zaterdag- en/of overwerk);
  • Je representeert de 5 kernwaarden van ons bedrijf: respect, enthousiasme, daadkracht, oprechtheid en conceptualiteit.
  • Je beschikt over een goede inschattingsvermogen en hebt voeling met de noden van je team;
  • Je hebt een open persoonlijkheid en hanteert een open, constructieve communicatiestijl;
  • Je hebt min. 3 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving en hebt al een eerste ervaring met het opnemen van een verantwoordelijke rol achter de rug;
  • Je bent een enthousiast persoon met de nodige maturiteit die veel belang hecht aan kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid, netheid, veiligheid en orde;
  • Je verdiept je met plezier in de principes van Lean en hebt kennis van 5S;
  • Je hebt kennis van de courante softwaretoepassingen.
