Waar kom je terecht? Je komt terecht in een groeiende familiale productieomgeving binnen de voedingssector. De onderneming combineert vakmanschap met moderne productieprocessen en telt een hecht team van vaste medewerkers aangevuld met seizoensmedewerkers tijdens piekperiodes. Jobomschrijving

Wat doe je als teamleader productie? Als teamleader stuur je dagelijks een team van ongeveer 8 medewerkers aan binnen de productie. Jouw taken:

  • Je motiveert en begeleidt jouw team op de werkvloer
  • Je maakt de personeelsplanning op en bewaart het overzicht
  • Je volgt productievolumes, kwaliteit en rendement nauwgezet op
  • Je grijpt in bij technische storingen en voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit
  • Je signaleert technische problemen en denkt mee over oplossingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productieplanning en productiemanagement
  • Je optimaliseert werkprocessen en denkt mee
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie binnen het team

Wat verwachten we van jou? Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die stevig in de schoenen staat en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Jij herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma of relevante ervaring als operator/teamleader
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving in de voedingssector
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt basiskennis mechanica/elektronica
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Frans
  • Je kan werken met computersystemen zoals SAP
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent correct, stressbestendig en behandelt iedereen op een respectvolle manier
  • Je werkt graag mee op de werkvloer
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel
