Jouw functie

Als Teamleader zorg je samen met jouw team voor een vlot draaiende winkel. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer, motiveert medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een aangename winkelervaring.

Jouw taken

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van winkelmedewerkers.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Actief meewerken op de winkelvloer.
  • Waken over een nette, goed gevulde en aantrekkelijke winkel.
  • Klanten professioneel verder helpen en zorgen voor een uitstekende service.
  • Creëren van een positieve en resultaatgerichte werksfeer.
  • Mee verantwoordelijk zijn voor de operationele werking van de winkel.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je hebt een sterke klantgerichte mindset.
  • Je kan goed plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkuren toe.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Ervaring in retail, voeding, horeca of een leidinggevende functie is een mooie troef, maar geen must.
