Voor onze klant in Oudsbergen zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleader Supply Chain Control. In deze rol neem je de leiding over een team van 25 supply controllers en speel je een sleutelrol binnen de logistieke organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coachen van medewerkers, het optimaliseren van processen en het waarborgen van een efficiënte goederenstroom binnen de supply chain.

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van 25 supply controllers
  • Ondersteunen van medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling en groei
  • Creëren van een positieve, resultaatgerichte en collaboratieve teamcultuur
  • Optimaliseren van supply chain- en logistieke processen met focus op efficiëntie en kwaliteit
  • Analyseren en oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en escalaties binnen de supply chain
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van verbeteracties om de continuïteit van de goederenstroom te garanderen
  • Vertalen van de langetermijnvisie van de afdeling naar concrete doelstellingen voor het team
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de supply chain organisatie
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring binnen supply chain, logistiek of een vergelijkbare omgeving
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coachende rol is een sterke meerwaarde
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde aanpak
  • Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte en daadkrachtige ingesteldheid
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap met een passie voor het coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Goede kennis van supply chain management en logistieke processen
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Sterke gebruikerskennis van MS Office
  • Teamspeler die zowel op operationeel als strategisch niveau kan schakelen
