Wat ligt er op jouw plank?

Je stuurt een team van zo’n 30 medewerkers aan, verdeeld over twee afdelingen nl. kip én gevogelte en vers vlees. Jouw collega’s versnijden, portioneren en verpakken kip, gevogelte en vers vlees. En dit alles in een gekoelde omgeving van zo’n 10°C – ideaal voor het vlees én voor wie van aanpakken weet.

Wat zijn jouw ingrediënten voor succes?

• Je verdeelt dagelijks het werk via een ochtendbriefing, behandelt klachten en checkt of alles vlot draait (inclusief leveringen).

• Je voert kwaliteits- en hygiënecontroles uit, controleert op tracering en grijpt in waar nodig.

• Je leidt nieuwe medewerkers op en stuurt bij waar het nodig is – jij maakt van rauw talent een echte filet pur.

• Je springt af en toe zelf bij op de vloer – bij ons is leidinggeven geen bureaujob!

• Je communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands, cruciaal in een team met meer dan 20 nationaliteiten en talen.

• Rond 9u neem je deel aan de dagelijkse teamleadermeeting – overleg is het zout in de soep.

• Je doet ook bijbestellingen indien nodig (de grote bestellingen komen van de aankoopdienst).

• Je bent het aanspreekpunt, de motivator én de kwaliteitsbewaker op de vloer.

95% van je tijd breng je door op de werkvloer. Slechts 5% is administratie (zoals orders afdrukken).

Verwacht dagelijks veel stappen – jouw collega’s doen er zo'n 30.000 per dag!

Jouw werkdag start in overleg rond 6 à 7 uur waardoor je rond de namiddag al weer gedaan hebt. Goed nieuws want bij ons is er géén weekendwerk.
