Teamleider Functieomschrijving Als Teamleider binnen een VVT-instelling in de omgeving Amersfoort ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en ontwikkeling van meerdere zorgteams. Je geeft leiding aan zorgprofessionals en medewerkers op het gebied van huiskamerondersteuning en welzijnscoaches, waarbij je zorgt voor een professionele, veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Met jouw kennis van de ouderenzorg begrijp je de uitdagingen binnen de langdurige zorg en weet je medewerkers mee te nemen in veranderingen en ontwikkelingen. Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van zorg, stimuleert eigenaarschap binnen teams en vertaalt beleid naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-teamleiders en het regiomanagement om de organisatiedoelstellingen te realiseren. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de organisatie. Door jouw coachende en situationele leiderschapsstijl weet je teams te begeleiden op een manier die aansluit bij hun behoeften. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor medewerkers en management en levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan vraagstukken rondom kwaliteit, personeelsontwikkeling en toekomstbestendige zorg.
