Bij Eurostretch maken zo'n 10 collega's in productie en logistiek elke dag stretchtenten die door heel Europa gaan. Jij wordt hun leidinggevende. Niet vanachter een bureau, maar meewerkend op de vloer: je staat zelf aan de lasmachine of in de logistiek, kent het werk en weet wat er speelt. Dit is een nieuwe functie: jij bepaalt voor een groot deel zelf hoe die eruit gaat zien. Zo ziet je week eruit - 40% - Team aansturen. Dagplanning maken, werk verdelen, voortgang bewaken en knelpunten oplossen voordat ze knelpunten worden. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en het gezicht voor de collega's op de vloer: je weet wat er speelt en krijgt mensen op de juiste manier in beweging. - 40% - Meewerken op de vloer. Aan de lasmachines, in de logistiek, waar het nodig is. Dit is een uitvoerende, hands-on rol: je kent het werk omdat je het zelf doet. - 20% - Schakelen met sales en het MT. Jij bent de spin in het web tussen productie, logistiek, sales en het MT. Wat sales verkoopt, moet op de vloer begrepen en ingepland worden, dus jij overlegt over haalbaarheid, planning en prioriteiten. En je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het MT: wat jij signaleert, landt direct bij de mensen die erover beslissen. (Percentages zijn een indicatie. Dit is een nieuwe rol, dus de verdeling groeit mee met wat werkt.))
