Als teamleider in Rotterdam stuur je een commercieel team dagelijks aan en richt je je op het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, begeleidt medewerkers tijdens hun werkzaamheden en helpt hen hun verkoopvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Je bewaakt de voortgang van het team, bespreekt resultaten en grijpt in wanneer doelstellingen niet worden gehaald. Daarnaast voer je regelmatig coachings- en evaluatiegesprekken en maak je concrete afspraken over de ontwikkeling van teamleden. Door actief mee te werken op de vloer en tijdens verkoopactiviteiten geef je zelf het voorbeeld. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je stuurt dagelijks een commercieel salesteam aan; - Je begeleidt medewerkers en verbetert hun verkoopvaardigheden; - Je werkt regelmatig actief mee op de werkvloer of tijdens verkoopactiviteiten; - Je analyseert resultaten en stuurt bij om doelstellingen te behalen; - Je voert coachings- en evaluatiegesprekken; - Je ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van de vestiging in Rotterdam. Werktijden Je werkt vijf dagen per week vanuit de vestiging in Rotterdam. De zaterdag valt binnen je werkdagen, zodat je ook dan je team kunt begeleiden en aansturen. Je werktijden liggen tussen 09:00 en 18:00 uur.
