Waar ga je aan de slag?

Holland Pharma is een toonaangevende groothandel in gezondheids- en voedingsproducten. Vanuit het magazijn in Borculo leveren ze een breed assortiment aan geneesmiddelen, verzorgingsproducten, voeding en medische hulpmiddelen aan hun klanten.Wat ga je doen?

In de apotheek worden dagelijks bestellingen verwerkt en verzendklaar gemaakt voor verzending naar patiënten. Per dag werken ongeveer vier collega's in de apotheek.

• Je stuurt de productiemedewerkers aan en bewaakt de dagelijkse planning. • Je ziet toe op een correcte uitvoering van procedures en werkafspraken. • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de productiemedewerkers van Holland Pharma en de apotheekmedewerkers uit Den Bosch en Bladel. • Je signaleert tijdig problemen, tekorten en voorraadverschillen en helpt mee bij het bedenken van oplossingen. • Je verwerkt volgens de geldende procedures inpakorders aan de hand van dossiers. • Je controleert binnengekomen goederen en aangeboden artikelen. • Je houdt de administratie en distributielijsten zorgvuldig bij, zodat alle pakketten op de juiste dagen worden verzonden. Wat vragen wij van jou?

• Je bent minimaal 18 jaar oud. • Je spreekt en leest goed Nederlands of Engels. • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent flexibel en werkt graag samen. • Je beschikt over enige basisvaardigheden op de computer. • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail. • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt collega's op een prettige manier aansturen. • Je bent beschikbaar voor werk van maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 9.00 en 18.00 uur. • Je woont in de buurt van Borculo. (max. 25 km)
