Als teamleider archiefbeheer in Winschoten geef je leiding aan ongeveer 20 archiefspecialisten. Help jouw team groeien en verbeter samen de kwaliteit van archiefdiensten. Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider archiefbeheer bij de Rijksorganisatie voor Informatiehuishouding (RvIHH) combineer je leidinggeven met het verbeteren van de dagelijkse praktijk. Binnen de afdeling Meta Databeheer & management zorg jij dat medewerkers weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht en de begeleiding krijgen die ze nodig hebben. Je ontdekt waar processen slimmer kunnen en zet verbeteringen om in duidelijke acties. Zo werk je samen aan goede resultaten én een werkomgeving waarin mensen zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je plant en organiseert het dagelijkse werk van ongeveer 20 medewerkers. - Je coacht medewerkers en helpt hen groeien in kwaliteit en zelfstandigheid. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en bespreekt de resultaten met het afdelingshoofd. - Je zorgt dat de archiefdiensten voldoen aan de geldende normen en procedures. - Je analyseert teamprestaties en doet concrete voorstellen voor verbetering. - Je stimuleert samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen om doelen te bereiken en veranderingen door te voeren. Je werkt 36 uur per week en start zo snel mogelijk. De opdracht duurt 6 maanden, met kans op verlenging. Wie ben jij? Jij krijgt energie van mensen begeleiden en samen resultaten behalen.
