Je zorgt voor optimale service en ondersteuning voor onze klanten en bent de verbindende schakel tussen team, buitendienst en klanten. Functieomschrijving Het belangrijkste onderdeel van je rol als Teamleider is de coördinatie van de afdeling. Het team van 8 collega's kan rekenen op jouw steun, kennis en ervaring. Je behoudt het overzicht van de dagelijkse gang van zaken, verdeelt het werk binnen het team en zorgt dat er niks blijft liggen. Daarnaast houd je inzichtelijk hoeveel offertes er uitstaan en welke (online) bestellingen er binnenkomen. Collega's van de buitendienst ondersteun je bij het verwerken van vraagstukken of opdrachten voor klanten. Natuurlijk draai je zelf ook mee in de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Bestaande en nieuwe klanten worden door jou en je team voorzien van de juiste adviezen en hulp. Orders die binnenkomen worden direct verwerkt in de administratie zodat klanten hier nooit lang op hoeven wachten. Daarnaast werk je mee aan het verhogen van klanttevredenheid, omzetgroei en margeverbetering. Je werkt samen met en rapporteert aan de Regiomanager Sales. De belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Dagelijkse aansturing van de Commerciële Binnendienst - Coördineren mailstromen en telefonisch verkeer met klanten en collega's - Afhandelen, opstellen en opvolgen van offertes / calculaties - Inzetten van kennis en ervaring bij zowel interne als externe vraagstukken Wat bieden wij jou? - Een salaris van €3.500-€4.300 bruto p/maand o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek - Werken bij de grootste ijzerwarengroothandel van Nederland - Een arbeidsovereenkomst met uitzicht op een vast contract - Interne opleidingstraject bij onze Spijkeracademie (introductiecursus, salestrainingen & COVIJ vakopleiding) - Je krijgt korti...
