Ben jij een meewerkend voorman of leidinggevende binnen de logistiek en krijg je energie van het aansturen van mensen, het verbeteren van processen en het behalen van dagelijkse resultaten? Zoek je daarnaast een functie in een tweeploegendienst van maandag t/m vrijdag, met 12,5% ploegentoeslag, maar zonder nachtdiensten? Dan is deze rol als Teamleider een interessante vervolgstap.

Wat ga je doen? Voor het organisatie in Bleiswijk zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleider Distributiecentrum.

In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen van de operatie binnen jouw afdeling. Je geeft leiding aan een team van logistieke medewerkers, bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en prettige werkomgeving.

Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet medewerkers te motiveren en spreekt hen aan waar nodig. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij procesverbeteringen en neem je jouw team mee in veranderingen en nieuwe werkwijzen.

Deze functie biedt een mooie combinatie van operationeel leidinggeven, people management en procesoptimalisatie binnen een organisatie waar samenwerking centraal staat.

Jouw werkzaamheden

- Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van logistieke medewerkers. - Verzorgen van dagstarts en bespreken van resultaten, planning en aandachtspunten. - Bewaken van productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen de operatie. - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse orderverwerking en goederenstromen. - Implementeren van nieuwe werkwijzen en begeleiden van verandertrajecten. - Optimaliseren van logistieke processen volgens Lean-principes. - Voeren van gesprekken rondom ontwikkeling, functioneren en verzuim. - Zorgdragen voor een positieve en betrokken teamcultuur.

Wat bieden wij? - Salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - 12,5% ploegentoeslag bovenop het salaris. - Werken in een tweeploegendienst zonder nach
