Beschrijving Voor onze expeditie zoeken wij een Teamleider Expeditie die het dagelijkse proces soepel laat verlopen én daarnaast een belangrijke rol speelt in onze inkoopactiviteiten. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je operationele aansturing combineert met een scherp oog voor planning, kosten en leveranciers. Wat ga je doen? Teamleider Expeditie Je bent hét aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat alles in de expeditie soepel, veilig en efficiënt verloopt. - Je coördineert de dagelijkse expeditie werkzaamheden - Je stuurt een team van circa 4 collega's aan en werkt actief mee, indien nodig - Je zorgt voor een slimme werkverdeling en houdt de voortgang scherp in de gaten - Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde in het magazijn - Je stemt continu af met productie, planning, verkoop en logistiek - Je signaleert knelpunten en stuurt tijdig bij Inkoop (aanvullend) Naast je rol in de expeditie draag je actief bij aan het inkoopproces: - Je plaatst bestellingen en bewaakt levertijden en orderbevestigingen - Je vraagt offertes op en vergelijkt leveranciers op prijs, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid - Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en bouwt aan duurzame relaties - Je signaleert kansen voor kostenbesparing en procesverbetering - Je denkt mee over voorraadbeheer en optimale bestelparameters - Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen om behoeften en prioriteiten goed af te stemmen Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau 3 of 4 (richting logistiek, techniek of inkoop) - Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een logistieke of magazijnomgeving - Je hebt kennis van logistieke processen én weet inkoopprioriteiten te stellen - Je werkt gestructureerd, h...
