Finance draagt bij aan de maatschappelijke opdracht van CZ door financiële processen betrouwbaar, efficiënt en toekomstgericht in te richten. Als teamleider binnen Finance geef jij richting aan een team van financials en werk je aan een financiële administratie die aantoonbaar in control is, ruimte biedt voor inhoudelijke analyse en klaar is voor verdere digitalisering en automatisering. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar financiële betrouwbaarheid, veranderkracht en vernieuwend vermogen samenkomen. Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen, ziet waar automatisering, data gedreven werken en AI waarde kunnen toevoegen en neemt je team daarin op een duidelijke en zorgvuldige manier mee. Daarbij houd je steeds balans tussen mens, resultaat, kwaliteit en kostenbeheersing. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je geeft leiding aan een team van financials en begeleidt hen in hun werkzaamheden, ontwikkeling en samenwerking, zowel op inhoud als gedrag. - Je zorgt samen met het team voor betrouwbare en tijdige financiële rapportages en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van management- en stuurinformatie. - Je ontwikkelt een visie op een toekomstbestendige financiële administratie en vertaalt die naar concrete verbeteringen in processen, data en werkwijzen. - Je signaleert relevante ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt deze naar beleid, processen en rapportages binnen het financiële domein. - Je stimuleert vernieuwing, operational excellence, data gedreven werken en automatiser...
