Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van 10 tot 20 medewerkers op de werkvloer. Jij weet als geen ander hoe je mensen motiveert, het overzicht bewaart en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Met jouw LEAN-mentaliteit en oog voor kwaliteit draag je bij aan een continue verbetering van processen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega teamleiders, technische dienst en planning. Je rapporteert aan het hoofd productie.

Het betreft een fulltime functie via Werving & Selectie met uitzicht op een vast contract bij een stabiel en innovatief familiebedrijf.

Jouw taken op een rij:

- Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van 10-20 voorwerkers en productiemedewerkers - Bewaken van productie- en personeelsplanning - Organiseren van werkoverleggen en sturen op resultaten - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en implementatie daarvan - Waarborgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie - Realiseren van het productieplan per dag en per machine - Het verder ontwikkelen van je team

Wat bieden wij? - Dit betreft een procedure op basis van Werving & Selectie. Dat betekent dat je direct bij onze opdrachtgever in dienst komt en start met een jaarcontract; - Een salaris tussen € 2900 - € 3900,- bruto/maand exclusief toeslagen, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform CAO Textielverzorging: 25 vakantiedagen, 8,33% vakantiegeld, vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 5,33%, pensioen (via bedrijfstakpensioenfonds MITT), collectieve ziektekostenverzekering; - Werktijden afhankelijk van de locatie: bij Health werk je in dagdienst (op termijn verschoven dienst), bij Hospitality in verschoven diensten (met bijbehorende toeslagen); - Doorgroeimogelijkheden en ontwikkelp
