Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR) Teamleider Juridische Zaken & Projectleider favorite_border Functie Als teamleider Juridische Zaken geef je leiding aan het juridische team en stuur je op doorontwikkeling zodat het team inzetbaar is voor de opdrachtgevers. Je zorgt dat medewerkers hun werk goed en met plezier kunnen doen, dat zij in hun kracht staan en hun kennis en ervaring samen inzetten. Je bent zichtbaar als boegbeeld van de juristen en verantwoordelijk voor gedegen juridisch advies vanuit het team en adequate ondersteuning van de commissie bezwaarschriften. Complexe juridische zaken pak je samen met het team op. Je denkt op strategisch niveau mee met management en bestuur en vertaalt relevante ontwikkelingen naar een meerjarenplan en naar het dagelijks werk. Daarnaast neem je de rol van Projectleider voor de waterschapsverkiezingen op je: je stuurt het team dat hiermee bezig is, stemt af met de stuurgroep en draagt proactief bij in gezamenlijke overleggen met andere waterschappen. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd is voor de verkiezingen en de andere helft voor teamleiderstaken. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Leidinggeven aan juristen in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling, teamontwikkeling, strategische advisering en werkverdeling. - Vormgeven en professionaliseren van de juridische advisering aan management en bestuur. - Zorgdragen voor goede samenwerking binnen het team, heldere gezamenlijke afspraken en processen. - Voorbeeldgedrag op het gebied van bestuurlijke- en omgevingssensitiviteit, strategische advisering en integrale bestuurlijke besluitvorming. - Verantwoordelijkheid voor kwalitatief goede juridische producten; bijsturen vanuit eigen expertise en bijdragen aan complexere adviezen. - Procesoptimalisatie en op orde houden van applicatiebeheer; actualiseren of opstellen van beleid en procesbeschrijvingen waar nodig. - Samenwerken met manager en collega-teamleiders aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeli...
