Dit ga jij doen Als Teamleider Juridische Zaken bij Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden (HDSR) geef je leiding aan een team van elf juristen én pak je de rol op als projectleider voor de waterschapsverkiezingen van maart 2027. - Als teamleider Juridische Zaken sta je voor je team en stuur je op de doorontwikkeling die nodig is om samengesteld te staan voor onze opgave. Je zorgt ervoor dat de medewerkers hun werk goed en met plezier kunnen doen, dat zij in hun kracht staan en hun kennis en ervaring optimaal en samen als team inzetten voor HDSR. Je bent zichtbaar als boegbeeld van de juristen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk gedaan wordt, bent verantwoordelijk voor gedegen juridisch advies vanuit het team en een adequate ondersteuning van de commissie bezwaarschriften. Complexe juridische zaken pak je samen met het team op. Je denkt op strategisch niveau mee met management en bestuur hoe we ons werk goed kunnen doen. Je onderhoudt je netwerk en hebt zicht op relevante ontwikkelingen. Die vertaal je naar een meerjarenplan én naar het dagelijks werk, samen met het team.
