Als Teamleider Logistiek in Utrecht neem je het voortouw in het stroomlijnen van onze dagelijkse goederenstroom. Je gaat aan de slag bij GLS, een vooraanstaande logistieke speler die via het duurzame ThinkResponsible-initiatief dagelijks ontelbare zendingen zorgvuldig op de bestemming krijgt. Jouw taken alsTeamleider Logistiek: In deze rol bewaak je nauwlettend de voortgang in het distributiecentrum en stuur je de werkvloergericht aan. Je garandeert dat alle werkzaamheden stipt, veilig en conform de operationele normen worden uitgevoerd. Als cruciale schakel onderhoud je direct contact met de werkvloer, vervoerders, externe partners en de planning. Je legt verantwoording af aan het management en levert waardevolle input tijdens de operationele afstemming. Rooster en werkomgeving: De operatie van GLS draait continu door. Je draait mee in een wisselend rooster met dag-, avond- en nachtschakelingen. Aangezien de nachtelijke uren de ruggengraat van ons verwerkingsproces vormen, werk je gemiddeld 4 van de 5 weken gedurende de nacht. Dit vereist een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid en aanpassingsvermogen.
