Wat ga je doen? Word jij onze nieuwe teamleider logistiek? Ben jij een aanpakker met leidinggevende kwaliteiten en ervaring in de logistiek? Vind je het leuk om een team aan te sturen én zelf mee te werken? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als teamleider logistiek stuur je een team van 2 tot 3 medewerkers aan en zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve afhandeling van lucht- en wegtransportzendingen soepel verloopt. Je bewaakt de voortgang, lost problemen op en zorgt ervoor dat zendingen correct en op tijd worden verwerkt. Wat ga je doen als teamleider logistiek? - Een team van 2 tot 3 medewerkers aansturen en ondersteunen bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Het team helpen bij vragen en problemen en afwijkingen in het verzendproces oplossen; - Dagelijkse zendingen voorbereiden en luchtvrachtbrieven (AWB's) toewijzen; - Verzend- en douanedocumenten controleren en ontbrekende gegevens bij klanten opvragen; - Luchtvrachtzendingen administratief verwerken, inclusief douaneafhandeling en het opstellen van AWB's; - Transportdocumenten voor wegtransport voorbereiden, zoals CMR's en transitdocumenten; - Contact onderhouden met klanten, vervoerders en interne afdelingen over de voortgang van zendingen; - Vertragingen en fouten signaleren en zorgen voor een passende oplossing; - Toezien op de naleving van procedures, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Medewerkers begeleiden, feedback geven en samen met de operationele afdeling processen verbeteren. Als teamleider logistiek werk je actief mee in de dagelijkse operatie. Bij afwezigheid van collega's neem je hun werkzaamheden over, zodat het verzendproces blijft doorlopen.
