Wil jij een brede logistieke rol met verantwoordelijkheid en veel afwisseling? Als Teamleider Logistiek & Magazijn in Hooglede ga je voltijds aan de slag in de bouwsector, waar jouw werk helpt om de werven draaiende te houden.

Je komt terecht bij een bouwbedrijf dat materialen en middelen inzet voor de uitvoering van projecten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je plant materiaaltransporten naar de werven en stemt af met de interne chauffeur en externe partners.
  • Je volgt aankopen op: van offertes vergelijken en bestellingen plaatsen tot goederen ontvangen en de voorraad opvolgen.
  • Je coördineert de verkoop van artikelen en registreert welke grondstoffen externe partners ophalen.
  • Je organiseert keuringen en inspecties van arbeidsmiddelen en volgt herstellingen, onderhoud en bijbehorende administratie op.
  • Je werkt samen met de preventieadviseur rond veiligheid en kwaliteit en ondersteunt het beheer van gebouwen en afvalverwerking.

Het gaat om een voltijdse functie in dagwerk.

Je voelt je thuis in een rol waarin nauwkeurigheid, overzicht en verantwoordelijkheid samenkomen.

  • Een bachelor in logistiek, administratie of techniek past bij je achtergrond, of je brengt gelijkwaardige ervaring mee.
  • Ervaring met magazijnbeheer, aankoop of leverancierscontact helpt je om snel je weg te vinden; kennis van materialen en arbeidsmiddelen in een bouw- of technische omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Courante software gebruik je vlot. Ervaring met ERP, Robaws, Excel of magazijnsoftware sluit daar goed bij aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot en assertief met collega’s en externe partners, en je houdt ook bij drukte het overzicht. Een basiskennis Engels en Frans komt daarbij van pas.
  • Jouw gestructureerde, hands-on aanpak en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zorgen ervoor dat je zaken zorgvuldig opvolgt en zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen.
