The posting

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige logistieke proces tijdens jouw dienst. Je houdt overzicht op de werkvloer, stuurt medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle pakketten veilig, efficiënt en op tijd worden verwerkt. Je schakelt voortdurend met logistiek medewerkers, chauffeurs, transportcoördinatoren, collega-teamleiders en flexwerkers. Dankzij jouw overzicht en daadkracht blijft de operatie soepel verlopen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- leidinggeven aan logistiek medewerkers op de werkvloer; - bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en productiviteit van de operatie; - behalen van de afgesproken KPI's; - coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; - voeren van kerngesprekken en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's; - verzorgen van de personeelsplanning, urenregistratie, verlof- en verzuimadministratie; - onderhouden van contact met flexwerkers en uitzendpartners over de personeelsplanning; - toezien op orde, netheid, veiligheid en naleving van procedures; - uitvoeren van controles aan machines en hulpmiddelen; - signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen; - deelnemen aan operationele overleggen.

Je werkt in een 4-ploegendienst. De nadruk ligt op de nachtdiensten. De diensten zijn:

- 10.00-19.00 uur; - 16.00-01.00 uur; - 19.30-04.30 uur (voornamelijk); - 21.00-06.00 uur (voornamelijk).

Voor de nachtdiensten ontvang je, naast de standaard ploegentoeslag van 13,75%, een extra toeslag.

De extra toeslag houdt het volgende in:

- Tussen 20:00 uur en 24:00 uur en 05:00 uur en 07:00 uur: toeslag van 8,75% - Tussen 24:00 uur en 05:00 uur: toeslag van 11,25%

Jij houdt van aanpakken en weet hoe je een team motiveert. Je blijft rustig wanneer de druk oploopt en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt altijd overzicht.

Daarnaast vragen we:

- mbo-3-werk- en -denkniveau; - leidinggevende ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving is mooi meegenomen; - heb
