In de nieuwe Mozzarellafabriek worden de lekkerste zuivelproducten voor onze klanten over de hele wereld gemaakt. Bij A-ware werk je met hightech apparatuur in een gezellig team!

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het totale productieproces en het waarborgen van de productkwaliteit. Je geeft direct leiding aan je ploeg die bestaat uit acht operators. Je begeleidt en coacht je ploeg, voert jaarlijks gesprekken over functioneren, inzetbaarheid en toekomst en behandelt zaken als verlof, verzuim en urenverantwoording. Samen met de andere teamleiders maak je de personeelsplanning waarbij jij ervoor zorgt dat tijdens jouw dienst een optimale inzet van mensen, installaties en middelen wordt bereikt. Je beoordeelt en analyseert de productiegegevens en op basis daarvan stuur je het proces eventueel bij. daarnaast rapporteert je aan de Productie Manager Mozzarella.

Je werkt in een 5-ploegenrooster: dit betekent dat je ook werkt in de weekenden en tijdens feestdagen

- Hbo werk en denkniveau - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als teamleider binnen een productieomgeving - Ruime kennis van het productieproces/procesbesturing en kwaliteitssystemen - Ervaring in de zuivel is een pré - Proactieve houding en toont eigenaarschap op de werkvloer - Vermogen om overzicht te behouden en rust te bewaren - Signaleert verbeteringen en kansen - Bekend met kwaliteit- en veiligheidsstandaarden - Woonachtig in de straal van Drachten, Sneek, Heerenveen, Steenwijk of Joure
