Als meewerkend voorman ben je dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en zorg je voor een goede aansturing en een strakke planning. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 6 medewerkers en werk daarnaast mee in het productieproces. Je rapporteert aan de productieleider.Hoe ziet de functie er uit?JeJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Je houdt de levertijden in de gaten en aan de hand daarvan bepaal jij de werkvolgorde.
