Je krijgt veel ruimte om de inrichting en werkwijze van de afdeling mede te bepalen, en bent na de opstart verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productie en verdere optimalisatie. • Je selecteert, traint en ontwikkelt 2 voormannen en 6 operators en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. • Je werkt nauw samen met de Projectleider bij de inrichting en ingebruikname van de nieuwe productielijnen. • Tijdens circa vier werkbezoeken van enkele dagen aan Duitsland leer je de processen kennen en bereid je de opstart in Maastricht voor. • Je maakt werkinstructies, borgt veilige productie, verzorgt de personeelsplanning en de benodigde administratie. • Je zorgt dat je team veilig werkt met risicovolle grondstoffen, waarbij ademhalingsmaskers met filters worden gedragen. Goede instructie en naleving van veiligheidsprocedures staan voorop. • Na de opstart van de eerste productielijn in Q1 2027 stem je dagelijks de planning af met je Duitse collega. Hierbij houd je rekening met allergenen, capaciteit en bezetting. • Je neemt deel aan de dagelijkse startup en vervangt waar nodig collega-teamleiders en de Productiemanager. • Tijdens de opstart rapporteer je aan de Operationeel Manager. Daarna, naar verwachting vanaf Q3 2027, aan de Productiemanager. Functie-eisen / Key aspects Ervaring met vloeistoffen in een geurintensieve productieomgeving • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in foodproductie. • Ervaring met batchgewijze mengproductie van vloeistoffen. • Ervaring met veilig werken met risicovolle grondstoffen, zoals oplosmiddelen en brandbare...
