Als teamleider productie geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van 10 tot 20 medewerkers. Je zorgt voor het soepel verlopen van de wasprocessen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het coachen van je team. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij storingen en knelpunten en rapporteert productiecijfers aan het hoofdproductie.

Een gemiddelde werkdag begint met het doornemen van de planning en het bespreken van de doelen met je team. Je bewaakt de voortgang, lost operationele problemen op en werkt samen met de logistiek en kwaliteitsafdeling. Gericht op verbetering, signaleer je knelpunten en voer je procesaanpassingen door.

Werktijden: 06:30 tot 16:00 en 10:00 tot 20:00 uur

- Aansturen en coachen van 10-20 productiemedewerkers - Plannen en verbeteren van dagelijkse processen - Oplossen van storingen en signaleren van knelpunten - Rapporteren van productiecijfers - Doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen - Samenwerken met logistiek en kwaliteitsafdelingen - Creëren van een positieve teamsfeer

- Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in productie, industrie of logistiek

- Praktische, hands-on leiderschapsstijl

- Sterk procesmatig inzicht en gericht op continu verbeteren

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels

- Minimaal vmbo werk- en denkniveau

- Ambitie om jezelf en je team verder te ontwikkelen
