Voor een sterk groeiende organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Teamleider Productie die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over mensen én productie.

Je stuurt in een 2-ploegenstelsel een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers aan en bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je zorgt voor een vlotte productie, bewaakt kwaliteit en rendement en haalt het beste uit jouw team.

Een mooie uitdaging voor een people manager die graag dicht bij de productie staat en tegelijk wil meewerken aan verdere optimalisatie.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team van ongeveer 30 productiemedewerkers aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke werkverdeling en organisatie.
  • Je bewaakt de productieplanning, kwaliteit en output en stuurt snel bij wanneer resultaten of processen afwijken.
  • Je coacht en motiveert jouw medewerkers, begeleidt nieuwe collega's en voert evaluatie- en opvolgingsgesprekken.
  • Je volgt productiviteit, hygiëne en veiligheid nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat de geldende afspraken worden nageleefd.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met kwaliteit, technische dienst, HR en andere afdelingen en zorgt voor een vlotte ploegoverdracht.
  • Je detecteert knelpunten op de werkvloer en neemt initiatief rond procesverbetering, efficiëntie en Continuous Improvement.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; ervaring binnen voeding is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt door jouw ervaring een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd.
  • Je bent een echte people manager die medewerkers kan motiveren, ontwikkelen én aanspreken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht, werkt resultaatgericht en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische productieomgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
