Teamleider Promotors & Operationeel Planner (40 uur) - Hoofddorp Over de vacature Amazing Oriental is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige Teamleider Promotors & Operationeel Planner. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en optimaliseren van onze promotieactiviteiten, waaronder gratis proeverijen in onze filialen door heel Nederland.

Je combineert personeelsplanning, teammanagement en operationele coördinatie en zorgt ervoor dat promotieactiviteiten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering soepel verlopen. Dankzij jouw overzicht, communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichtheid weet je alle betrokken partijen effectief met elkaar te verbinden.

Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider Promotors & Operationeel Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het promotorteam en de operationele uitvoering van alle promotieactiviteiten.

Jouw werkzaamheden: - Werven, selecteren, trainen en begeleiden van promotors;

- Opstellen van capaciteitsplanningen en werkroosters voor een team van circa 20 promotors;

- Coachen, motiveren en aansturen van het promotorteam;

- Intensief samenwerken met de afdelingen Marketing, Inkoop en Logistiek;

- Onderhouden van contacten met 25 filiaalmanagers en (internationale) leveranciers;

- Organiseren en coördineren van promotieactiviteiten van voorbereiding tot uitvoering;

- Verzorgen van tijdige bestellingen, voorraadbeheer en alle operationele voorbereidingen;
