Begeleid jij graag mensen in hun ontwikkeling, zodat zij hun afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt kunnen overbruggen? En werk jij graag samen met andere (Assistent) Teamleiders binnen een team dat van aanpakken weet en steek je ook zelf graag de handen uit te mouwen als het werk daarom vraagt? Dan zoeken we jou! Als Teamleider Schoonmaak ben jij de verbindende factor tussen medewerkers, klanten en Provalu! Wat ga je doen? - Het aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt en/of extra ondersteuningsbehoefte. - Je volgt de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en stimuleert hun groei binnen het team of naar een werkplek bij een andere werkgever. - Het plannen en organiseren van roosters, urenregistratie en verlofaanvragen. - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak en het nakomen van de afspraken met de klant. - Het onderhouden van een goede relatie met de klanten en het fungeren als aan-spreekpunt. - Het ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van de junior leidinggevenden binnen jouw teams. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Social Work of Facilitaire Dienstverlening. - SVS-kennis/ diploma of bereid om dit te behalen. - Ervaring met coachend leidinggeven en het inzetten van pedagogische vaardigheden. - Sterke organisatorische kwaliteiten en oog voor kwaliteit. - Goed beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Een positieve, samenwerkingsgerichte instelling. - Stressbestendig en flexibel inzetbaar. - Zowel zakelijk ingesteld als een echte people manager - Digitale vaardigheden, o.a.
