Je coacht collega's, brengt overzicht in productieplanning, materialen en voorraden en werkt samen aan betere processen en systemen. Over deze functie Werkzaamheden Verantwoording Profiel Aanbieding Verwachting Wat ga je doen? Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan de Production Planner, Material Planner en Inventory Planner. Je bent hun aanspreekpunt, ondersteunt hen bij planningsvraagstukken en werkt zelf actief mee op de afdeling. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Supply Chain. Naast de dagelijkse planning besteed je aandacht aan de ontwikkeling van je team. Je stimuleert kennisdeling en zorgt dat collega's breed inzetbaar zijn en elkaars werkzaamheden kunnen overnemen. Daarbij kijk je steeds waar processen, systemen en werkwijzen beter kunnen. Zo combineer je de dagelijkse aansturing met het verder ontwikkelen van de afdeling. Waar ben je verantwoordelijk voor? - Je coacht medewerkers, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en stelt duidelijke prioriteiten binnen het team. - Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen productieplanning, materiaalbeschikbaarheid, voorraadbeheer en logistieke voorraadstromen. - Je bewaakt KPI's, signaleert knelpunten en escaleert tactische en afdelingsoverstijgende vraagstukken naar de Manager Supply Chain. - Je neemt deel aan interne en externe operationele en tactische overleggen, waaronder het wekelijkse S&OE-overleg, de wekelijkse MPS-bespreking en afstemming met key accounts. Afhankelijk van het doel en onderwerp bereid je deze overleggen voor, adviseer of coördineer je, of neem je het voorzitterschap op je. - Je verbetert processen, werkwijzen en rapportages en helpt het gebruik van Business Central binnen de afdeling verder te ontwikkelen. - Je bewaakt MRP, masterdata en planningsparameters en zorgt voor tijdige bijsturing. - Je gebruik...
