Als Teamleider Uitgaande Logistiek zorg je dat goederen veilig, op tijd en met de juiste kwaliteit het magazijn verlaten. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en maakt direct impact op een moderne logistieke operatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider Uitgaande Logistiek zorg je voor onze opdrachtgever voor een veilige en efficiënte goederenstroom vanuit het magazijn. Je geeft leiding aan medewerkers binnen de uitgaande logistiek, die verdeeld over twee ploegen werken. Daarbij coach je medewerkers en ondersteun je de dagelijkse aansturing op de werkvloer. Je houdt zicht op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en de prestaties van de logistieke processen. Zie je kansen om werkzaamheden slimmer of efficiënter uit te voeren? Dan pak je deze verbeteringen actief op. Procesverbetering vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie. Met Lean en Continuous Improvement onderzoek je waar processen beter kunnen en zorg je dat verbeteringen in de praktijk worden doorgevoerd. Je schakelt regelmatig met Supply Chain, Productie, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen over de goederenstroom. Ook houd je zicht op systemen en werkmethodes binnen het magazijn. Zo help je de logistieke operatie verder te ontwikkelen en klaar te maken voor toekomstige groei. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je geeft leiding aan en coacht medewerkers binnen de uitgaande logistiek; - Veiligheid, kwaliteit en het werken volgens vaste standaarden bewaak je dagelijks; - Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en betrouwbare goederenstroom vanuit het magazijn; - Medewerkers op de werkvloer kunnen bij jou terecht voor ondersteuning bij operationele vraagstukken; - Je stemt logistieke werkzaamheden af met Supply Chain, Produ...
