Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Fachliche Führung und Einsatzplanung eines Teams (5-20 Mitarbeitende) im Elektrobereich

* Sicherstellung von Betrieb, Wartung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung elektrischer Anlagen in der Produktion

* Planung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen inklusive Einhaltung relevanter Sicherheits- und ISO-Standards

* Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen (u. a. SPS, Siemens S7, TIA Portal)

* Koordination mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern sowie strukturierte Dokumentation (z. B. SAP PM, MS Office)

* Dokumentation aller Arbeiten mittels Software wie SAP PM oder MS Office

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Mess- und Regeltechnik im Werk

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Werksmeister Elektrotechnik, HTL oder vergleichbar) mit Schwerpunkt Elektro-, Mess- oder Regeltechnik

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie oder ähnlichen Branchen

* Praxiserprobte Führungskompetenz in der Leitung kleiner Teams (ab ca. 5 Mitarbeitende)

* Kenntnisse moderner Instandhaltungsansätze wie TPM oder Lean Maintenance sowie Verständnis für technische Dokumentation nach GMP- und VDE-Richtlinien

* Führerschein Klasse B sowie der Anforderung entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

Für diese Position beträgt das Jahresbruttogehalt mindestens EUR 56.000 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Wir bieten eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Ausbildung, beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
