Die Rewe Austria Fleischwaren GmbH und Genussküche umfasst vier Produktionsbetriebe (Fleisch / Wurst / Convenience), einen Logistikstandort sowie die Zentrale in Wr. Neudorf und sorgt mit insgesamt ca. 600 Mitarbeiter:innen verantwortungsvoll dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen in allen unseren Filialen täglich die frischeste Ware und beste Qualität vorfinden.

Wir suchen 1 Teamleiter:in - Fuhrpark Stellenbeschreibung

* Die Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Fuhrparkmitarbeiter:innen sowie deren Einsatzplanung liegen in Ihrer Verantwortung.

* Durch effiziente Logistikabläufe und Tourenpläne stellen Sie die termingerechte Warenversorgung sicher.

* Zudem überwachen Sie die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorgaben.

* Für die Lebensmittel- und Produktsicherheit inklusive aller Kontrollen und Dokumentationen tragen Sie Verantwortung.

* Darüber hinaus organisieren Sie den Fuhrpark und koordinieren Reparaturen, Servicetermine sowie Rechnungskontrollen.

Qualifikationen

* Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Fuhrpark oder Transportwesen mit.

* Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination eines Teams ist von Vorteil.

* Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorschriften für Lkw-Fahrer:innen setzen wir voraus.

* Im Umgang mit MS Office sind Sie sicher und verfügen über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau.

* Gute Kommunikations- und Zahlenkenntnisse sowie eine zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.

* Geografische Kenntnisse und die Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten runden Ihr Profil ab.
