DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Führung und Steuerung eines Teams mit

- Fokus auf gehobene Privatkund:innen

- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger,

- vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen

- Repräsentation und Vertretung der Werte und Philosophie der Bank nach innen und außen

- aktive, gehobene Beratung von Privatkund:innen in allen finanziellen Angelegenheiten

- konsequente Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategie und -politik im Team

- Förderung der Mitarbeiter:innen durch gezielte Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

DEINE PERSÖNLICHKEIT:

- professionelles, seriöses und gepflegtes Auftreten

- hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit

- strukturierte, analytische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise

DEIN FACHLICHES PROFIL:

- abgeschlossene Bankausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Privatkundenbetreuer:in in einer Bank

- nachweisbare Führungserfahrung

- ausgeprägte Leadership-Kompetenz mit klarer Zielorientierung, Entscheidungsstärke und Umsetzungsfähigkeit

- fundierte Kenntnisse im gesamten Spektrum der Privatkundenberatung

- hohe Vertriebsorientierung, starke Abschlusssicherheit sowie Freude an aktiver Kundengewinnung und -entwicklung

- stark ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
